Description
This roundtable/workshop will explore how companies and public stakeholders can move from integrity commitments to concrete, collective action in practice. The session will focus on the design, governance and implementation of collective action initiatives that address corruption risks and strengthen business integrity at country and sector level. The discussion will be anchored in the perspective of companies considering the launch of a collective action initiative, including the regulatory and business environment, key integrity risks, existing business networks and the needs of both public and private sector actors. Participants will examine what such an initiative should deliver in practice, the role of an initiating organisation, and the expected outcomes of a consultative and inclusive process. Drawing on a range of international experiences, the session will provide practical insights into different operational models of collective actions, their governance arrangements, funding approaches and stakeholder engagement strategies. Speakers will share concrete examples of impact, including compliance tools, trainings, certification schemes and collaboration with governments. An interactive Q&A will allow participants to discuss practical steps for structuring and launching collective action initiatives and explore opportunities for cross-country cooperation.
