Description
José Mouraz Lopes is MENAC‘s Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Judge at the Court of Auditors and previously at various courts of first instance and higher courts in Portugal. He is the Former National Director of the Judicial Police (Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Unit) as well as a Doctor of Law from the University of Coimbra.
