Barbara Badoino is the Head of Corporate Ethics, Risk & Compliance at Novartis and a senior executive shaping the company’s global governance, integrity and resilience agenda.
She leads the enterprise-wide strategy for ethics, risk management, anti-corruption and crisis preparedness, ensuring cohesive oversight across all major integrity and ESG-related domains. Barbara chairs the Novartis Risk Leadership Team, leads the Compliance function, serves as Enterprise Crisis Management Leader, and drives the integrated assurance system that strengthens board-level transparency, trust and organisational accountability.
She contributes to global governance dialogues through the WEF Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI), the WEF Chief Risk Officers Community, and serves as a member of the OECD Leaders Hub.
