Dominique Guellec is an economist and statistician. He is Scientific Advisor at the OST, where he leads projects applying AI-based methods to patents and scientific literature, in view of mapping the emergence, evolution and impact of novel ideas. Previously, he has been head of science and technology policy at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), developing policy analysis and recommendations for 40 member countries.
