Description
Tinna Ösp Arnardóttir is Head of the Business Department at Fjölbrautaskólinn í Garðabæ. She holds a Master's degree from the University of Iceland in Educational Technology, Innovation, and Communication.
Together with Fríða Gylfadóttir, Tinna co-leads a national AI in education initiative in partnership with MMS, the Icelandic Teachers' Union, and Anthropic, involving 255 teachers across 31 Icelandic secondary schools. Their work was featured in the New York Times in January 2026.
Their key areas of interest are diverse teaching methodologies, formative assessment, and the integration of AI in education.
