Description
Mark Fletcher is Head of Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, where he leads Zurich's resilience and risk advisory business across the region.
Since 2010, Mark has held leadership roles across finance, performance management, and commercial insurance in the UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Singapore within Zurich. Prior to his current role, he served as Global Head of Finance for Zurich Resilience Solutions, Chief Financial Officer for Zurich Singapore, and Finance Business Partner for Commercial Insurance APAC. Earlier in his career at Zurich, he held a number of roles in financial reporting, financial control, and business performance management. Before joining Zurich, he worked at IBM in regional finance and integration roles.
Mark has nearly two decades of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, with expertise spanning business performance, financial management, commercial insurance, and resilience solutions. He is a qualified ACCA professional and holds a BA (Hons) in Business (Accounting and Finance) from Nottingham Business School. He has also completed the Zurich Insurance Leadership Program through the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
