Biography
Ms Celine Frey is a legal officer at the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection. After her studies at Münster University, Temple University Beasley School of Law (Philadelphia, USA) and her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she joined the Ministry in 2022, where she first worked in the division for tort law. In her current role, she is responsible for the procedural rules of civil court proceedings
