Miraal Kabir is a second year double degree student studying Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. As part of her degree she has completed multiple work experiences, most recently as a product designer for the Ontario government. She completed her International Baccalaureate in Oman where she lived for 11 years with her family. Outside of her studies, Miraal is currently working on Safi, the non profit she founded with her peers to reduce the spread of MERS, a deadly coronavirus in Kenya through milk pasteurization.
