Description

Élisa NARMINIO is Policy Analyst in PARIS21’s Executive Office, where she leads work on climate change data ecosystems. Before joining the OECD, she was a tenured lecturer in INALCO’s International Relations and International Business Departments and held roles as an advisor in politics and public policies for the private, public and non-profit sectors for over twelve years. She specialises in development, social inclusion, child trafficking and sustainable supply-chains. She holds an EU-funded PhD in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Waseda (Japan) and the University of Brussels (Belgium).
