Description

Patrick Welch is a policy analyst in the climate strategies team at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, contributing to the Institute’s work on land-based climate finance, equitable climate adaptation and resilience, and scenario planning. He has more than a decade of experience working in planning, international development, and environmental policy in both the public and private sectors. He obtained a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
