Deputy Chair (Enforcement Decision Making Committee)
Philip Marsden is the Deputy Chair at the Enforcement Decision Making Committee of the Bank of England. A competition lawyer and Professor of Law and Economics at the College of Europe, Bruges, Philip teaches the core LL.M. competition course and is co-founder and General Editor of the European Competition Journal, and the Oxford Competition Law case reporter series. Philip is also a Board Member at Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) and Guernsey Competition & Regulatory Authority.
