Description
Toby currently leads EN’s work on policy, including on topics related to the implementation of the Social Economy Action Plan and the Transition Pathway. Current focusses include policies relating to the Twin Transition, skills and youth. He also leads the consortium for the European Social Enterprise Monitor project. He has a particular interest in the potential of international mobility experiences, such as those offered by Erasmus+, to have transformative effects on peoples’ lives.
