In her career she had different positions in diverse companies and industries such as Banking, Marketing, Sales, Product management, Alliance Management and University Alliances.
Her focus is innovation, life-long learning, sustainability and education. She is a passionate Design Thinker, Intrapreneur and Startup Mentor.
She is SDG Ambassador for the UN Global Goals, Global Digital Women, Women in Tech Africa, #WiDS Ambassador/Stanford, Advisory board member at dii Ideenmanagement, Sigma Squared, UN MUN, Social Impact lab, ESTIEM, EBAN, Falling Walls, WOL, 6degrees, WLOUNGE, HerCareer, Business Women Network, SAP Her, enactus France, les determine’s.
She is also a lecturer and Study Coordinator for Innovation und Digital Transformation at different universities.
In 2020 she successfully achieved an Executive Leadership MBA at Mannheim Business School. She is an inspirational speaker, author and Co-editor in domains such as Innovation, Ecosystems and Leadership.
From September 2022 she is the COO of SAP Labs Paris.
In this role Katrin raises the brand of SAP in the French ecosystem. She is the representative in the global COO community SAP Labs Network. Her tasks cover strategy, ecosystem and innovation of SAP labs Paris. She is project lead for strategic projects supporting the MD.
