Frédéric Raymond is the Chief Executive Officer of Place aux jeunes en région.
Passionate about regional development and the retention of young talent, he works to create opportunities for 18- to 35-year-olds to settle in rural areas through a network of more than 100 agents operating across 85 rural Regional County Municipalities (RCMs) in Quebec. With solid experience in management and community engagement, Frédéric is committed to revitalizing Quebec’s regions by promoting the attraction, social integration, and long-term settlement of newcomers.
