Biography
Aitor Cubo is Director General for Digital Transformation of Justice at the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament of Spain since 2020, having previously served as Senior Specialist in Digital Government at the Inter-American Development Bank. In his career as member of the Superior Corps of ICT of the Spanish State Administration, which he joined in 2006, Mr. Cubo has held different roles, including Director of the ICT Division of the Ministry for Territorial Policy and Civil Service of Spain (2006-2012) and Deputy Director-General for ICT of the Ministry of the Treasury of Spain (2014-2019). He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Complutense University of Madrid and a Master of Science in Psychology from Spain’s National University for Remote Education.
