Director of Employment, Diversity and Social Protection
Description
She currently heads the Employment, Diversity and Social Protection Department of CEOE.
In her responsibility, she has led the negotiations on Labour and Pension Reform, ERTES, Telework, the Riders Act, the Dependency Shock Plan Agreement, among others, with the Government and Trade Unions, in defense and representation of CEOE and Spanish companies.
She has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of Labour Law, Social Agreement and management of various bodies.
She has been:
-Director General of Labour of the Government of Aragon.
-Secretary General of the Confederation of Employers of Aragon (CREA, currently CEOE Aragon).
-Director of the Aragon Mediation and Arbitration Service, an organisation dedicated to the resolution of labour disputes, which was set up under her direction.
-Professor of Labour Law and Social Security at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Social Sciences - formerly the Zaragoza School of Labour Relations.
-Substitute magistrate in the Social Jurisdiction in Zaragoza.
In the exercise of her current responsibilities, she chairs the SIMA, is a member of the Economic and Social Council and is a member of the General Councils of the main labour bodies of Social Security and Occupational Risk Prevention of the State.
She has given many conferences and participated in numerous talks and round tables and has a large number of publications on different issues.
