Director General
Lawyer with Master’s degrees in Administrative Law and in Environmental and Urban-Territorial Law. Specialist in Constitutional Law; Environmental, Territorial, and Urban Planning Law; and Public Law. He has over 10 years of experience in the public sector, having held positions in legal, environmental, and administrative areas. He possesses extensive experience in forming multidisciplinary teams in planning, monitoring, control, and resource management.
He has also served as a part-time professor of Environmental Management in the Faculty of Economic, Administrative, and Accounting Sciences at Universidad Libre de Barranquilla.
Currently, he is the General Director of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Atlántico (C.R.A.), a position he has held since 2020, and is now in the second year of his second term.
