Kenza El Araki is the ESG Director at Atream, a leading French asset management and investment firm specializing in real estate and private equity, with a strong focus on hospitality and sustainable investment. She leads the firm’s ESG strategy, integrating environmental and social impact across operations and portfolios.
Before joining Atream, Kenza worked as senior manager in sustainability and innovation for PIMCO Prime Real Estate, driving their European portfolio decarbonisation and smart buildings strategy. Her career spans Morocco, London, and Hong Kong, including roles at Bouygues Construction and Dragages Hong Kong, where she managed complex infrastructure and construction projects. Kenza is a civil engineer graduated from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
