Devon Swezey is Senior Manager for Global Energy and Climate at Google, where he leads global clean energy advocacy. He authored Google's recently published papers, the Corporate Role in Accelerating Advanced Clean Electricity Technologies and Policy Roadmap for 24/7 Carbon-free Energy.
Prior to joining Google, Devon developed utility scale solar PV projects at First Solar. Devon began his career at the Breakthrough Institute, a climate and energy policy think tank, where he led research on economic and energy policy topics.
Devon earned a master's degree in international economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Stanford University.
