Description
Florence Roche is the Head of Responsible Investments at AXA, where she drives initiatives to integrate ESG principles into investment strategies and to develop investments into climate transition and community resilience.
Prior to this role, she led the Corporate Credit Research team, managing ESG integration and corporate engagement activities.
Before joining AXA in 2014, Florence gained diverse experience in sell-side and buy-side credit research roles, with a focus on Utilities and Energy sectors.
She studied at ESCP Business School in Paris and Lancaster University Business School, and holds a Master’s Degree in Management & Finance from ESCP.
