Description
Cecilia has extensive experience within the IEA and the OECD as she currently is the head of the Energy Investment Unit at the IEA and former Team Lead of the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) team at the OECD. Cecilia is developing a joint study with the IEA-and OECD, specifically with the CEFIM Industry Team at the OECD. The primary objective of the IEA-OECD International Assistance for Industrial Decarbonisation Report is to assess and analyse the current status of international assistance for EMDEs to support their industrial transition and evaluate the gaps, needs and opportunities to achieve 2050 Net-Zero Emission (NZE) targets for targeted industrial sectors.
