Description

Nadia is a Senior Operations Officer in the Climate Finance and Policy unit of the IFC, based in Paris. At IFC, she leads out IFC's work on Paris Alignment and Climate Finance for the intermediated investment business within her unit. She is a seasoned investment professional with close to twenty years of experience in the financial sector and investment management industry, working with multilateral organisations, Pan-Asian regional banks, private equity funds and consulting firms. She has extensive and diverse experience in blending investment and risk management expertise and ESG/climate know-how. Her work included mobilisation of capital through sustainability instruments, sustainability alignment and climate risk management framework development, as well as regulatory advisory and capacity building in the area of climate finance. Nadia holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy and Environmental Finance from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a B. Eng in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology.  She also holds a certification in Sustainable and Climate Risk (SCR) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
