Description
Ms. Lovakanto Ravelomanana is the Coordinator of the National Office of Climate Change and REDD+ within the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Madagascar. She is the Focal Point of the Green Climate Fund and the UN-REDD+. She also teaches Environment at the University of Antananarivo.
