Description
Alexander López with a Ph.D. from the University of Oslo, Norway, is currently the Director for International Affairs of the Latin American Center for Development Administration (CLAD). He is also a Dr. Professor at the National University of Costa Rica. He is the former director of the Central American Institute for Public Administration (ICAP), as well as of the Institute for International Affairs at the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. Dr. López is an international expert and he has given lectures and seminars in more than 50 countries around the world, and has published extensively in Spanish and English with well-known editorial houses such as SAGE, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Press (MIT Press), Routledge, Earthscan etc.
