Business Administrator from the National University of Colombia, with a postgraduate degree in Management with an emphasis on Logistics and Foreign Trade from the Externado University of Colombia.
He is currently serving as Deputy Director General for Foresight and National Development (a.i.) and Director of Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy at the National Planning Department (DNP). He has previously served as Director of Economic Affairs at the National Association of Foreign Trade (Analdex), Head of the Planning Office at the Ministry of Transport, and consultant on logistics and foreign trade at the DNP.
He has more than ten years of experience in the design, monitoring, and implementation of public policies in the areas of infrastructure, logistics, and foreign trade.
