Diploma from the Artigas Institute of the Foreign Service, Diplomatic Academy of Uruguay. Professional experience: Undersecretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay (since March 1, 2025). Ambassador to Malaysia, concurrently accredited to Cambodia, Thailand, and Brunei Darussalam (2022–2025). Director of the Asia, Africa, and Oceania Regional Division, responsible for Uruguay’s political relations with countries in these regions (2020–2022). Director General of Integration and MERCOSUR and National Coordinator of the Common Market Group of MERCOSUR – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay (2017–2020). Minister at the Mission of Uruguay to the European Union and Embassy in Belgium and Luxembourg (2013–2017).
