Description
Undersecretary Charlito Martin Mendoza heads the Department of Finance’s Revenue Operations Group, overseeing the complex tax collection operations of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs to ensure both agencies meet their annual revenue targets. He also chairs several key committees and councils, including the Technical Committee of the Inter-Agency Investment Promotion Coordination Committee (IIPCC), which is mandated to conduct risk assessments and comprehensive national security reviews of foreign investments.
