Padraig Oliver is a Programme Officer in the Climate Finance Unit at the UNFCCC Secretariat. He previously worked as a Manager and Senior Analyst for Climate Policy Initiative focusing on tracking climate finance flows and innovative climate finance, and for the Climate Bonds Initiative developing the Climate Bond Standard and tracking climate-aligned bonds. He has experience working in China and Europe and holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
