Biography
Francesco Peca is a Parliamentary Official at the Senate of Italy. He has been working at the European Union Policies standing Committee since 2004 and earlier worked at the Foreign affairs standing Committee. Previously served as Navy Ensign for three years. He has a University degree in Political science.
