Biography
Deputy of the XIV and XV Legislatures, since 2019, in the Spanish Congress. PhD in Economics. Professor of the Area of Economic Analysis in the Department of Economics of the University of Cantabria. Since 2022, he has been the Secretary of the Economic Policy and Digital Transformation Area of the Federal Executive Commission of the PSOE. He is spokesperson for the socialist parliamentary group in the Economy, Commerce and Digital Transformation Commission.
