FAİK ÖZTRAK, who is the 28th term deputy for Tekirdağ, was born in Ankara in 1954.
He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. He got his master's degree in Development Finance at the University of Birmingham in England.
He served as an expert in the Department of Head of Annual Programs and Financing, Deputy Chairman of Economic Planning, General Manager of Economic Planning, and Deputy Undersecretary at State Planning Organization. He served as the Undersecretary of the Treasury.
He wrote columns about economic policies in a newspaper. He has lectured at various universities as a guest professor. He worked as a director at TÜSİAD-Koç University Economic Research Forum.
