Biography
Chairman AXE Group (Ahlers, Xylos, AXE Investments) headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.
Member of the Belgian Federal Parliament for Open Vld (the party of the current Prime Minister Alexander De Croo) and Chairman of the Energy, Environment and Climate Committee.
Chairman of the International Advisory Board of the Antwerp Management School, after having served as Chairman of the Board.
Founding chairman of ADM (a cluster of 150 IT-related companies) and the Belgian Network for Social Cohesion, today known as The Shift, a network on sustainable and corporate social responsibility.
In the federal parliamentary elections in 2019 he was the leading candidate of Open Vld in the province of Antwerp and elected to the Chamber of Representatives.
An an author and co-author, he has published several books on urban development.
