Biography
Răzvan Foncea is a Master's student at Sciences Po Paris, pursuing a degree in European Affairs, Social Policy and Social Innovation. He serves as an Adviser in the Romanian Parliament and, among his previous professional engagements, he acted as UN Youth Delegate of Romania and Romanian Youth Delegate for the Youth4Climate platform of the UNDP and Italian Government. He is a Clinton Global Initiative University graduate and an alumnus of the US Department of State's Study of the US for Student Leaders from Europe scholarship at Arizona State University. He developed his expertise in the fields of public diplomacy, Eastern European geopolitics, youth and education policies.
