Chair of the Economy, Trade and Digital Transformation Committee, Congress of Deptuies.
Professional CV: PhD in Law. Professor of Political Economy and Public Finance at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Specialized in issues of Fiscal Federalism and Constitutional Economics, he has been a visiting scholar at the Center of Study of Public Choice (George Mason University, USA). He has published several books, more than 50 chapters and articles, among which “Economía Política del Estado Constitucional” Cedecs, 1996 stands out.
Political CV: General Director of Institutional Relations at the Xunta de Galicia (2002-2005). Councilor of the Galician Accounting Council (2007-2009). Regional member (2009-2023) and Leader for the Popular Group in the Parliament of Galicia (2011-2023).
