Edward Jossa is the Chairman and CEO of the French Union of Public Purchasing Groups (UGAP) since 2016. Before UGAP, he was Chairman and CEO of the Services and Payment Agency (ASP), Director General of Local Authorities at the Ministry of the Interior and Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Justice. He graduated from the Ecole National d’Administration (ENA). Edward Jossa is a French national.
