Description
Oleksandr is Chief Information Officer at the State Enterprise "Prozorro" in Ukraine. He was born in 1984 in the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine and graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in 2006. For more than ten years, he has been working in IT consulting and implementing service management systems based on the ITIL approach in various areas. He worked on projects in the financial, retail, steel, and energy sectors, as well as the telecommunications and entertainment industries. In 2017, he became a part of the Public Procurement reform as the head of the software development team.
Over the past few years, his team has developed an advanced electronic public procurement system, Prozorro, which ensures an efficient and transparent procurement process within the country through interoperability, deep collaboration with stakeholders, and open data aligned with the OCDS approach.
