Marissa Maldonado is a renowned national speaker and the visionary founder of Proda Technology, established in 2010 to provide honest, efficient Managed IT & Cyber Security Services. From her brother's basement, she has grown Proda Technology into a nationally recognized MSP for its exceptional service, innovation, and culture. Under her leadership, the company has earned numerous accolades, including the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Cobb Chamber of Commerce Top 25 Small Business of the Year, 2022 Cobb Chamber Woman-Owned Business of the Year, 2024 CRN MSP 500, and the 2024 Inc’s Best Workplace. Marissa, a first-generation International Business college graduate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. She actively supports advancing women in technology, mentoring through nonprofits like Bluebird Leaders and founding Women @ Proda. She spends time advising Channel Partners and other MSPs to continue to raise the bar on the Managed IT Services industry. Marissa serves on the board of Meals on Wheels Atlanta and supports pediatric groups, inspired by her children, Liliana and Elias. Her journey exemplifies determination, vision, and a commitment to positively impacting both business and community.
