Marco Leonardi is Professor of Economics at the University of Milan. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics, during which he was a visiting scholar at both the MIT Department of Economics and at UC Berkeley. His research interests are in labour economics with particular reference to wage inequality and earnings mobility. Since 2004, he is a Research Fellow at IZA.
