Description

Senior Research Fellow of Korea Rural Economic Institute. Her research focuses on agricultural environment policies such as promoting the eco-friendly farming, and mitigation and adatation strategies of Korean agricultural sector, with about 10 years of experience advising Korean government after getting a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Oregon State University, USA. She recently served as Chair of the Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries Subcommittee for Korea's 2035 NDC Technical Working Group. Also, she represented Korea in the OECD Joint Working Party on Agriculture and the Environment from 2019 to 2023, contributing to international collaboration for the sustainable agricultural system among OECD member states.
