Description
Gwenaël is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He began his career at one of France's leading pharmaceutical companies, where he spent a decade at their industrial R&D center before transitioning to head office responsibilities. His role involved fostering relationships between HQ and the company's international manufacturing network for drug substances and drug products. He later established and led a business unit focused on Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) activities. In 2020, Gwenaël joined Abolis Biotechnologies as a board member, supporting the company in its growth phase. He is also a venture partner for a MedTech fund and recently joined the board of a biotech startup. Gwenael received a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from UBO (Brittany, France), he also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Cardiff's Welsh School of Pharmacy.
