Description
Gustavo Gonzalez-Quijano is the Secretary General of COTANCE, the European umbrella organisation of the Leather industry. Based in Brussels, he coordinates the national leather Trade Associations of 13 countries representing over 90% of Europe's leather production. He leads the sector’s industrial policy and furthers activities in trade, sustainability, social affairs, innovation and other areas. Gustavo also Chairs CEN TC 289 “Leather” and the Technical Secretariat of the PEFCR “Leather”. He also acts as an expert in various UN organisations.
