2023 brought economic challenges, conflicts and climate crisis impacts, leading to increased forced labour risks in global supply chains. Amid converging crises and ambitious commitments to better practice, global forced labour benchmark KnowTheChain assessed 65 of the biggest apparel and footwear companies on how they were addressing forced labour risks in their supply chains.
The session, accompanied by a panel discussion, will dig deeper into how companies are performing on key indicators of human rights due diligence, purchasing practices and remedy.
