Description
Elizabeth is the Executive Director of Uganda National Association of Builders, Suppliers and Engineering Contractors (UNABSEC), a position she has held since November 2018. She is an ex-officio member of the Association’s Board of Directors and served as a Secretary to the Board between 2019 and 2021. She has over 16 years of experience working in the Construction Industry in areas of Project/ Contract management, Governance and Lobby and Advocacy. Prior to joining UNABSEC, Elizabeth worked for 11 years with Armpass Technical Services Limited, one of the renowned and leading National Construction Companies in Uganda. While at Armpass, Elizabeth rose through the ranks to the managerial level serving as Head Commercial Department. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration -Management Specialization from Uganda Management Institute, Uganda. She has attended a number of short courses including but not limited to Governance, financial management, membership development, growth & retention, FIDIC Construction Contracts Masterclass and personal growth-Masterclass, among others that have boosted her leadership skills. She is a Ugandan National and a Rotarian.
