Biography
Belén Hoyo Juliá is a Spanish politician and lawyer from Valencia, representing the Partido Popular in the Congress of Deputies. She holds degrees in Law and in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Valencia, with further studies in Humanities. She has served as Secretary General of the Valencian Youth Institute and as Director General for Youth of the Generalitat Valenciana. She has held senior roles in Nuevas Generaciones and the Partido Popular in Valencia and nationally. She is a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where she belongs to the EPP/CD group, and chairs the Sub-Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights.
