Director of Information and Communications Technology for the Senate
An expert in organizational transformation through the use of new technologies, with over twenty years of experience managing IT departments in both the private sector and public administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in “Organizational Design for Digital Transformation” from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a certificate in Public Management Leadership from IESE Business School, and a Master’s degree in Mobile Application Development from the Open University of Catalonia. He is a founding partner of several technology startups, a speaker at national and international digital transformation events, and a lecturer at various universities.
