Biography
Hon. Adan Daud Mohamed is a Kenyan Member of Parliament (MP) for the Wajir East Constituency, a legal specialist, and a businessman. He is also the chairperson of the IMF/World Bank Kenya Parliamentary Network. A member of the Jubilee Party, he was elected to the National Assembly in the August 2022 general election. He serves in the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee and the Public Debt and Privatization Committee. Hon. Mohamed holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law (2006–2007) from the Kenya School of Law, a Juris Doctor (JD) in 2003 from William Mitchell School of Law in the USA, a Master of Arts in International Development Studies in 1999 from St. Mary's University, Canada and a Bachelor of Education in Economics in 1988 from Kenyatta University.
