Biography

Luk Van Looy (° October 11, 1967) is a legal expert specializing in parliamentary law. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp. Since 1997, he has served as a legal advisor to the Flemish Parliament, focusing on constitutional and parliamentary law. His expertise includes subsidiarity, and the role of parliaments in EU decision-making. He has also published on parliamentary law and governance.
