Biography
Jantine Zwinkels is a Dutch Member of Parliament for the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), focusing on sustainability, aviation, mobility, digital affairs and the physical living environment. Before entering Parliament, she built over a decade of experience in sustainable development and mobility at Royal HaskoningDHV and Rabobank, working on projects related to energy transition, transport hubs and circular economy. Zwinkels previously served as CDA group leader in the Utrecht city council. She holds an MSc in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
