Practical information and more details on the format of the event

At your arrival at the OECD, you will need to present a QR code (that you will receive by email the week prior to the event) and an official ID document (passport or national ID card) to enter the premises. Our team will then welcome you and accompany you and your delegation to the first meeting.

The sessions of the meeting on 12 June will follow the same format: 10/15min introductory presentation by an OECD speaker, then 2 parliamentarians will speak for 5 minutes to share their substantive experience or that of their country in the area under discussion.
The remainder of the session is dedicated to a dialogue between parliamentarians and OECD experts, where they can make comments, ask questions, or share perspectives.
Each parliamentarian who wishes to speak in a session is invited to request the floor by raising his or her nameplate. The floor is then given to all parliamentarians, whether or not they come from an OECD member country, in order of request for a maximum of 3 minutes.

The aim of the meeting is to encourage knowledge sharing, so there will be no outcome document or formal outcome.

Regarding the GPAI workshops on 11 June, there will be presentations and an open discussion. The specific topics are being finalised by our colleagues in the Science and Technology Directorate, we’ll provide additional information closer to the meeting.

We strongly encourage interactivity during these sessions.
