Description

Jorunn Dahl Norgård serves as Chief Advisor in The Norwegian Association of Researchers (NAR). Her main responsibilities are advocacy work on higher education and research policy, including institutional autonomy and academic freedom, research funding, working conditions and the precarity of research careers. She is head of NAR´s international affairs and a member of ETUCE Standing Committee for higher education and research (HERSC). Norgård holds a degree in political science from The Artic University of Norway.
